  • Fast, safe aerial documentation of sites, roofs, and structures. Flights are planned and flown by an FAA Part 107-certified pilot, producing high-resolution orthomosaics, 3D point clouds, and progress photography that integrate directly into design and construction workflows. Drone mapping reduces the need for manual roof and site access and gives project teams accurate existing conditions before design begins.

  • Thermal imaging reveals what standard cameras can't, including subsurface roof moisture, building envelope energy loss, and electrical anomalies. Flights are conducted by an ITC Level I sUAS Thermography-certified operator, producing radiometric imagery suitable for envelope assessment, roof condition evaluation, and preventative maintenance programs. Often paired with visual drone mapping for a complete picture of roof and facade condition.

  • Terrestrial laser scanning captures interior and exterior existing conditions with high accuracy, producing detailed point clouds that serve as the foundation for as-built documentation, renovation design, and clash detection. Scanning removes the guesswork of field measuring, giving design teams exact geometry of existing structures and reducing costly surprises during construction.

    Applications: renovation and adaptive reuse design, as-built documentation, MEP coordination in existing buildings

  • Point clouds become intelligent, data-rich Revit models accurate to real-world conditions. With 16 years of BIM and VDC experience, models are built the way design and construction teams actually need them, with correct level of development, clean worksets, and geometry the whole team can trust.

  • Clash detection and federated model management using Navisworks. Identifying conflicts between disciplines before they reach the field saves rework, schedule, and money.

  • 2D drafting and documentation in AutoCAD, available in support of the services above or as a standalone deliverable.
